It should be dynamic and creative and directed to foster and provide opportunities of motion to the cretive spirit that  resides in man as well as the arming with a willingness and ability to master all areas of art and science, intelegence and strenght.
Punisment & reward
Reward is an instrumen of education that is given to student as achievement because the completed the task.
 Phunisment is  an act consiusly
Phunisment be refused  al together harsh punisment and violence  against student especially outhoritarian attitude.
